Snooze’s quest for world (or at least Colorado) breakfast domination continues: the ridiculously-popular morning joint is moving into the Denver Tech Center.
This will be the chain’s ninth outpost in the state, and 25th overall. (Snooze is now stuffing diners full of pineapple upside-down pancakes in three additional states: California, Arizona and Texas.) It will take over the spot vacated by Woody Creek Bakery & Cafe.
The DTC location will feature floor-to-ceiling windowed walls, so it could very well be the brightest, cheeriest Snooze of them all.
“We’ve wanted to bring the Snooze experience to the DTC community for a long time but have found that great sites don’t come available too often,” Snooze CEO David Birzon said. “We love the location of this site, the co-tenancy with Shanahan’s and the uniqueness of the building. Since it’s surrounded by glass, it gives it a bright, morning feeling.”
Get ready to wait in line in spring 2018, when the DTC Snooze is expected to open.
