Can you believe that up until now, Denver Tech Center-area residents haven’t known when they’d have the opportunity to wait two hours for pineapple upside down pancakes in their own neighborhood?
Well, the wait is over, DTC. (Except for the pancakes; that wait is just beginning.) Snooze just announced the opening date for its ninth Colorado location.
On May 2, the 4,000-square-foot eatery will open up next to Shanahan’s in the former Woody Creek Bakery & Café space. It will fit 119 breakfast lovers in its sunny dining room, plus 28 Bella! Bella! Benny devotees on the patio.
Since it’s only a month away, you might as well get on line now.
