Joe's Liquor store in the RiNo District on Larimer st. on June 23, 2017 in Denver. Family owned Joe's Liquor of the 33-years will have it's license renewed and a hearing on the store's liquor license will be dropped. The owners received complaints in form of letters that Joe's was a "nuisance," complaining of public intoxication, presumably homeless.
