Denver Comic Con is a 3-day multi-genre convention held annually in Denver. Last year's attendance topped 114,00 people with thousands dressing up in their favorite costumes and as characters from their favorite comics, movies, series, games etc. Originally showcasing primarily comic books and science fiction/fantasy related film, television, and similar popular arts, such conventions have since begun to include a larger range of pop culture and entertainment elements across virtually all genres, including horror, animation, anime, manga, toys, collectible card games, video games, webcomics, and fantasy novels.
