SoulCycle’s first Denver studio launching next month in Cherry Creek

SoulCycle, the national indoor cycling brand that’s gotten media attention because of its passionate cult following, is coming to Cherry Creek North.

Colorado’s first SoulCycle location, due to open Nov. 10, will feature a 64-bike studio and a lifestyle boutique. The first class will cost riders $20 and subsequent classes will cost $28.

SoulCycle studios are intimate and candlelit, and instructors strive to be inspirational coaches. Lady Gaga, Madonna, Bradley Cooper, Chelsea Clinton, Katie Holmes and Lena Dunham are said to be avid SoulCyclers.

“I love it,” TV personality Kelly Ripa was quoted in a Vanity Fair story about SoulCycle. “The teachers say things you walk away with for the rest of your day — the rest of your life, really!”

More than 20,000 riders fill SoulCycle classes at 85 locations daily, according to a news release. The classes are intense, lasting only 45 minutes but burning 500-700 calories.

The Cherry Creek SoulCycle will be located at 265 St. Paul Street. It will have dedicated parking and four gender-neutral showers.
